The room was outstandingly tidy and had some extra special touches like a TV and tea. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Coral Island Amusement Center.

Excellent little accommodation with excellent setting so close to train stations, the night life, and the tower and the town centre. Exceptionally clean room in the actual bedroom, excellent staff. Excellent service, parking nearby. Late check out.

Great service, family friendly, felt like home and close to station and pier. Definitely a hotel that deserves another star.
Has 2 rooms downstairs for anyone who can't do stairs, which was very useful for me with a back and leg problem. Stayed for a week and loved it.

The location is very close to the town centre, Funny Girls, the North Pier, the beach, and tram stop. the breakfast is outstanding and great, with good quality coffee. - the workers are nice.

The rooms were tidy and well kept, which made for a comfortable stay overall. to being clean, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The staff was polite and friendly, which helped make for a more pleasant holiday. the hotel was located close to a variety of shops and restaurants, which made it easy to venture out and explore the area.

The room was quite clean and the location was convenient, close to bars and train station. the breakfast was tasty.
The room was very small and cramped, and lacked proper ventilation. the bathroom was tiny and the shower was uncomfortably small.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of the North pier. It was incredibly easy to find and convenient for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were excellent, providing a friendly and welcoming service throughout our stay. They were attentive to detail and made sure that we had everything we needed. The basic amenities in the room were great, with fresh towels provided. The room itself was comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, with good quality coffee and fresh toast. It was a great way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ian, were friendly and helpful throughout our time here. The location was ideal, as it was close to the train station and within walking distance to the town center and all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a pub nearby and several takeaway options. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and there were plenty of tea/coffee/milk facilities in the room. The hotel was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. the location was excellent, just a five-minute walk to the promenade. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which was especially important as I was traveling with my two young children. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The service and staff were top-notch, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, setting us up for the rest of the day. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always ensuring that our needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms, including fresh towels, were a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay.
